My friend and I visited for a spa day & had a lovely facial & back massage .
A wonderful relaxing day .
All staff were polite & professional , will definitely visit again .
Indulgence Spa day with two treatments and lunch. Pool was good and jacuzzi. I didn't go in sauna but apparently it wasn't warm. Steam room was fine. Loungers and towel provision good. Treatment staff very helpful and accommodating. Lunch was lovely. relaxation room good. comfortable/conducive to bit weird. Overall good value for a day spa.
Could not fault the spa staff, massages were beautiful! Unfortunately the relaxation room was full of dirty cups & mugs from people have teas/coffees. Which does not make it a relaxing environment. These dishes were still here after our massages which were 1 hour long, so clearly no one was clearing up after guests! The spa dinning area was also full of crumbs all over the floor and again dishes remained on the tables for a long period of time. The cleanliness throughout the whole spa was unacceptable, with the white bathroom door pretty much green/grey in places! The dust on the window sills and lamps was enough to make anyone sneeze.. the spa itself really could do with some TLC the door on the steam room was broken and the rust around areas at the pool would be easily fixed to gain a better overall experience. Such a shame as the girls who carried out the massages could not be faulted!!
Lovely spa and hotel . Treatments were amazing and felt very relaxed. Every thing was organized well. Food was great . No complains would defantly stay here again . Loved are stay :)
The staff we all really friendly ! Great food. Definitely worth a visit , I would go again for sure.
