It was absolutely amazing to get a massage whilst being pregnant. I would definitely come back and I have been recommending to my family and friends. Loved every bit of it.

The beautician who usually does waxing was away on holiday. Her substitute was not at all experienced in waxing - the wax was very patchy and hair regrowth has been very quick because the hair was broken/snapped and not properly removed. Additionally the wax was very long and the beautician was awkward about the waxing - possibly due to her inexperience. I would not recommend having waxing done here, unless you have an experienced waxist.

I felt receptionist were indifferent and rushed you through, so not much of the 'spa experience' upon arrival. The booking showed 15 minutes gap between 2 different treatments I have booked, but turned out the 2nd treatment started 30 minutes after as the therapists were delayed with other session, and no coordination between them, I ended up putting back my clothes, changing to just the opposite room (with pretty much same features), only to be asked to remove cloth again...the bamboo message was not what I wanted, I kept asking for more pressure as it was feeling literally nothing on the body. The facial was decent but probably not worth the money, products are good, with the procedure that is very standard but can also be done at home. Nothing felt impressive to rebook.
