The massage was ok and relaxing but not targeted to my needs. I mentioned on the booking form I had a back problem but this was not discussed any further. The massage was also done in a semi reclined sitting position which I've never had before and it wasn't very comfortable but the masseuse insisted it should be that way.

I hate to say this as the staff was lovely - but that was the worst manicure I’ve ever paid for. She never asked what shape I wanted and she painted my fingers almost as much as my nails. I was so disappointed I came home and immediately took off the polish and redid them myself.

Spa doesn't open till 11am so would be better not to have 11 am appointments. Other wise I had a very nice hot stone massage. Although I was
told by the masseuse she would bring me a glass of water but she forgot. Outside there were no clean empty glasses to have after the massage.
Overall I enjoyed the experience.
