Had my first Hollywood wax with Amy and she was extremely professional and made me feel so comfortable. I was very nervous to have an intimate wax but honestly I had no need to be because Amy is absolutely amazing. She always checked that the wax was not too hot for me and she offered me water and a break in between sections. Am super happy with this salon and will definitely be making this my regular wax place!

Very good value for money. It was hard to get in touch with the spa in advance of the booking - and when we got there things seemed a little disorganised at the front desk. However, we had a great time at the spa - towels, robes and sandals were provided which was great. Small changing rooms, but plenty of lockers. Good steam rooms, sauna and a plunge pool - also a lovely relaxation quiet candle lit relaxation room with water and fruit.

When I arrived for my appointment the spa had not registered my booking. They said their policy was to call me to confirm their booking and because someone at the spa had forgotten to do so, I had to wait for the next appointment, ca 50min. I wasn’t very happy about this and had to ask repeatedly for some kind of compensation, and finally got the next treatment for 50%. But I had to pay there and then... not too service minded, but the wax lady did a good job.
