On arrival I was greeted by a friendly member of staff. However once I explained what treatment I was there for, she could not find me on the system. This however, was not a fault of the spa but a fault of booking through treatwell as I was told that they have separate booking systems. The helpful member of staff tried her best and had to rebook me in for the following day. When I arrived the next day, staff members were again polite and helpful. During the treatment the staff member was very professional and did a great job.

The wax is great and I couldn’t feel any pain. I normally get quite irritated but the quality of it must be excellent because I had nothing. Staff is friendly and helpful as always, focused and willing to give advice for customers’ well being.
