Nice mix of rooms. Lovely massage. Three hours is long enough to explore everything.
I have been to York Hall periodically over the years because I live in South East London. I read some of the reviews and thought the establishment and service had gone down Hill. I decided to book the thermal experience of 3 hours use of the spa facilities. Every thing ran like clock work and staff were excellent in being helpful, the facilitates were all available and in workin order service delivery excellent. I went on a Tuesday which was women only and every one was very friendly.

Didn’t have a jacuzzi or pool which was slightly disappointing. The spa is in the basement and is a little old and dated. I’m sure it was clean but it didn’t look it in places, especially the hot room. Steam room was amazing. Facial was lovely, staff were very friendly.
Reasonable, relaxing spa experience despite the limitations of the venue (small spaces, basement ventilation issues in an older building, especially in the steam rooms) - and a superb treatment. My facial left me feeling clean and fresh without being too dehydrated or overhydrated - it was spot on. Staff were lovely and the fresh fruit in the relaxation room was much appreciated.
