Treatments top notch, Amy was fantastic and gave the best massage and facial I’ve had for a long time (and I’ve had a lot in various places)! I think apart from the treatments the main spa is understaffed so I had to chase for water and the cleanliness / maintenance of the spa could be better.

I came in today for a Cleopatra treatment and used the spa beforehand. My treatment was divine - the products used (black soap, shea butter + honey, lotion, grapeseed oil for hair) were gentle and organic, my therapist was soothing and attentive, the treatment room was great - clean and relaxing, with dark colours, dim lighting and slow music. I left super hydrated, with oil in my hair to keep overnight, on cloud 9! I am a bit disappointed with the spa though. The facilites are good, but in the relaxation room several lights didn't work properly (flickering - not very relaxing!) and the hammam didn't work on arrival (although that was quickly fixed - and I was given a voucher for another 3 hour spa session). More annoying was the smell of sewage throughout the spa, which really put a damper on my experience today. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. All in all, good value for money.

By far the best experience my mum and her sisters had. They were so happy and pleased with the treatments and the facilities. The environment was very peaceful and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and experienced. This experience will definitely be recommended and will probably make another trip there. Thank you :)
