I had the Elemis Pregnancy Massage. I have to point out i have had this treatment before at this venue but this time the therapist and treatment were not good. This therapist did not even try to make me feel comfortable or ask how far along in my pregnancy i was. No pillows on the bed to support my bump and back she only placed one between my knees when i turned to my side. i had to ask for pillow to support my bump and when she saw me struggling to place it correctly she did not assist. On numerous occasions i had to tell her to ease up on the pressure it was too much, yet it didn't change and was not relaxing at all, i was concerned with the amount of pressure she was using especially as i'm in my third trimester. For the face massage my face was soaked in oil it was not pleasant. After the treatment the bed was not lowered so difficult to get off the bed when the therapist is not in the room, she did return only to start clearing up the room whilst i was changing felt like it was to tell me to hurry up. Such a shame as my last therapist was so lovely and the treatment was spot on. When you book a treatment like this venues must understand your needs.
