the treatment felt a little bit rushed, but the quality was good

They delayed my appointment therefore there wasn't enough time for both treatments. They happily gave me a voucher to use at another stage.

I was given this spa treatment as a gift from my husband. I'm a new mother & this was the first time I was supposed to get a break from looking after the baby so I could have some me time. The treatments were a facial and a rasul mud body treatment. I booked well in advance and chose exact times for my appointments; I was given the appointment times & the total duration for each treatment when I booked.
Despite having booked specific time slots, I ended up waiting for more than half an hour for my treatment. Once I was finally called in, I was told by the employee doing my treatments that she had back to back appointments & didn't have enough time to sell spa products to her last customer so I had to wait. She then asked me to undress & get ready for my treatment and then went missing for almost half an hour. Nothing in the room was ready; all the supplies weren't prepared. She even left again to go to the loo. We started the treatments one hour late.
The employee started grilling me during the treatments about my ethnicity, religion and all kinds of personal information instead of just letting me enjoy the treatments. She'd ask me questions about my child & then proceeded to lecture me on my parenting (such as her negative opinions on breastfeeding!!!) She then proceeded to tell me her life story & even started showing me photos of her partner (no clue why).
I tried very hard to relax but as I had booked specific times to work around my child & ended up starting and finishing my treatments over an hour late, I spent the time there stressing about if my child was OK & if I needed to end my appointment early because I was clearly going to run over because they were late.
The treatments themselves were actually very good but the entire experience was stressful and not at all relaxing. Spa employees should be professional & not intrusive, chatty, and especially shouldn't lecture their clients!
This was a really bad experience & I don't recommend going to this spa.

Never disappoints! It is always a great experience. From reception to the treatment. Just wish the Spa had their own low cost prices so I could book more directly with them. I would defenilty prefer that! Highly recomend for any treatment. Has several and all were amazing.
