I don’t get my nails done so I was a bit nervous about going and I was only getting Shellac done so doesn’t take too long. The person who did my nails hardly spoke to me, kept going onto her phone , WhatsApp , ringing people in front of me so feels like she didn’t really care about doing my nails and after telling her I’d never done my nails at the end she looked at me and went “finished”. Didn’t ask me if I liked them or anything. Manager was lovely but I wouldn’t go back due to her service.
Rude staff behaviour. I have booked the appointment for 11 am and received the services around 12:10 pm. Poor customer service and salon management. Definitely big NO to this salon.
Nails are fine but the atmosphere in the shop is awful. Young lady with the bob that works there, oh my gosh I've never seen someone be so rude and abrupt to customers before. Needs to be trained in good customer service and manners because it's certainly lacking. Shouted HELLO! to me across the salon to get my attention, in front of other clients which I thought was so rude! You don't yell at clients across the salon. My 2nd time here but both experiences have been bad so I won't be returning.
Awful quality of shellac mani! Complete waste of money, by the time I got home the colour of my nails split and looks patchy.
Pedicure was not shellac and is ok, but the experience was awful, my feet were propped up on bins to be painted and when I left polish was still not dry.
If I could give no stars I would but it was not an option.
Don’t waste your money
I was booked in for 1pm but didn't even get to sit in the chair for almost an hour.
Great job and gorgeous polish but I would not attend if you're in a rush! Appointments aren't prioritised over walk ins, you basically join the queue.
Left the salon at 2:22pm. Had to push back meeting my friend by a whole hour.
I will be going back as they did a lovely job of my nails but I will be going before the walk ins turn up.
