This place prioritises walk ins.
I walked into my appointment, every space was full. I couldn't have what I had already booked and paid for as both pedi spa stations were in use. I had my gel nails done with my foot resting on a bin.
The therapists seem to swap around with girls at different stages of their treatments done, appalling organisation and not a nice atmosphere at all. Got ten pounds back as couldn't have what I'd booked only to return home and realise I should have paid even less.

I was informed in a super casual way that I’ll have to wait for another 20 mins because they are out of wax and the new wax will take 20 mins to be ready, which was a bit weird, given I had booked it in advance. Something like a wait could come up, for sure, but there should be some compensation for that.
Iro, however, is a very friendly person and is very good at her job. It is because of her I’ll leave an extra star to the review.
