I have been going for years here but it’s always worse! No friendliness at all and this time the therapist kept hurting me so much when removing the cuticles and didn’t even bother to say sorry! Not worth it all!!

Unfortunately my manicures always chip after I've gotten them done here - the last time I got gel, they chipped after 3 days and ruined my nails, this time a manicure and they lasted less than 24 hours (I'd avoided any housework etc). They didn't use Opi (paid for) & I didn't like the colours. Made me wait when you arrive but then it feels rushed. The place isn't well ventilated and makes you feel sick with the smell of chemicals. The person who served me seemed nice though, she tried her best.
