It was my first time visiting this salon and unfortunately I won’t be going back. Initially my appointment started out positive, good atmosphere and had a laugh with a couple of the nail technicians however as it began to get busy it became a very stressful atmosphere. The staff became rude to customers and agreeing to take customers when the didn’t have time and asked them to come back the next day. It felt really unorganised and unprofessional. When I was getting my nail art done, the polish wasn’t setting properly and the nail technician kept blaming me for moving however I kept my hand exactly where they said. They ended up have to redo one of my nails and they kept letting out huge sighs which made me feel uncomfortable and stressed. Also I felt they didn’t listen to me and kept talking over me when I was trying to explain what I wanted. Not a great experience unfortunately.
Appointment started over 15 minutes late with no apology. Was passed between multiple staff members. Missed my non refundable train as the appointment was so unorganised and now I'm£30 put of pocket on transport because of this. Very unprofessional and won't be back which is a shameas my nails do look nice but service was a joke
Aways great fast shellac nails treatment and removal. Big choice of colours. Deffinatly will be back again :)
I told them I was running late and they were fine with it but when I turned up 7 minutes late the lady said they gave my app away but she will try and squeeze me in. The guy doing my nails refused to do the length and shape I wanted so I had to do square not coffin shape. I asked for a simple dot design, he couldn’t do it, retried twice after sighing and rolling his eyes at me then just gave up. Whilst I was there the main lady told a customer to get her nails done somewhere else instead.
I booked a shellac manicure but was given a cheap brand instead. It felt really pressurised when choosing colours, I was then told the Pearl colour I chose would be see through and not to have it so I asked if there was anything similar she’d recommend - the colour she used was completely different barbie pink. My nails chipped after 2 days. For my pedicure I was made to balance my feet on a bin under the table (not relaxing) and charged for a more expensive pedicure I hadn’t booked or agreed to
