Beauty therapist I booked wasn't actually available and was given some wishy washy reason i.e. treatwell has names for old colleagues and it's not updated. Overall, they don't seem to operate a booking system. It's more walk in service, though you can be seen fairly quickly. I ended up just getting gel/shellac polish on my toes, which at £20 seems quite expensive. In terms of the manicure, my experience was atrocious. I have a particular shape that suits my nails which I wouldn't say is neither round nor almond, but the manicurist chewed me out when I tried to course correct along the way. So what I ended up with was what I'd class as fat nails, with a shape that doesn't really complement my fingers / hand. Her aggressive tone and nature brought me to utter tears as I sat in her chair, willing the whole event to end. Also, at no point did I see anyone clean any of the tools they were using between clients

I had booked at 12pm. At 12.55 I still hadn’t had my appointment so I left. Someone was taken before me despite the fact that I was there first. Not good enough! Don’t book in appointments if you can’t service them.
