Everyone was friendly. The salon was quiet because I had the first morning appointment and Pham, who did my gel nails was lovely.

My appointment was not with Azra, it was with a Chinese lady who was very rude. I had booked a luxury manicure and pedicure however my cuticles were not cut or nails prepped, the lady just went straight into applying the gel polish at which point I had to request her to cut my cuticles. My pedicure was atrocious, again I had asked for my nails to be prepped and she was dismissing my request. Once she had finished applying my gel polish she proceeded to cut my cuticles. WORST EXPERIENCE!!
