Very few places do ombré nails and Soho did mine to perfection! Beautiful salon with lovely staff. Shall be returning for a pedicure soon.

Had a good experience overall, but they were running over an hour late as there were only 2 staff members working with 4 customers already there when I arrived for my appointment.

This is my 3rd visit to Soho beauty. I have only been here when it's quiet and I have always received a good service. I booked to have shellac nails at a cost of £15. There are a wide choice of colours to choose from. The staff are quite friendly and I will be returning again.

Customer service goes a long way and that would be my only negative comment. Was shouted at from the other side of the room what I was there for as soon as I walked in by a girl who throughout my time there seemed like she'd rather be anywhere else than there. It was my first time getting extensions & from her attitude when buffing and glueing on the tips I regretted going. I don't mind not having conversation but she could have at least said hello and asked how I was just to be polite. However this soon changed when I sat down with the lovely girl who did my nails, she was lovely and very careful with what she did & for that I would return! She had to start someone else's nails at the end so she asked the attitude girl to put cuticle oil on...at which point she leaned over from where she was sat and dragged it along my fingers in about 1 second completely missing my cuticles.
Definitely great value for money though and I'll 100% return :)
