It was the strangest appointment I’ve ever had. I arrived on time for my appointment and there were 3/4 people in front of me of varying stages of having their nails done… but they were waiting. I had 3 technicians overall remove, overlay and finally gel polish my nails, the whole process took 2.5 hours! I’ve had this process done before in 45 mins with perfect results somewhere else (different city). Whilst I was there others were waiting for 30+ mins with full length extensions waiting for them to be cut and shaped, looking unhappy and anxious at waiting so long. It was a very strange and inefficient process so would not recommended this salon unless you have hours to spare. In the end, my nails look ok, the gel hasn’t been applied very well and I’m not convinced I’ve got the colour on I requested, she was looking for ages for it so I think went for one similar. I’ll keep looking for a nail bar in Leeds as I wouldn’t go to Soho again. It’s also cash only which isn’t well advertised.
