I was there for 3 hours, a long time for 2 treatments. They shouldn’t take bookings via Treatwell if they take walk ins I think. The system doesn’t work at all. If they took card, I would book directly with them. Instead of paying Treatwell, I’d definitely suggest getting a card reader. Also, guest wifi for long waits. They do work hard though and the quality is always fantastic. I will be back, just hope they take customer comments into account for 2022.
Take off is not 15 minutes, I was there for over 45 minutes despite saying numerous times that I needed to leave as I was going to be late for work. They had 5 bookings all slotted in at 1pm yet only had two technicians in and earlier appointments to take care of which were running over. Technicians are all lovely but the place is not very well organised
