The shop was closed, normally they contact me with any issues (double booking etc). I turned up early for my 11am appointment (the first available for a Sunday) and found the shop closed, I wasn’t told that it would closed for the day even though I booked in advance as per usual, I was waiting outside for 20 minutes before I realised it wouldn’t be opening. Normally a great experience but this scenario has left a bad taste in my mouth

I booked it here because they don’t accept credit card, booked the take off and gel, they made me pay more after doing my nails because they were taking off acrylic and redoing with gel. All of this is not explained here. Also they were quit rude when I explained that I paid what the website said. And the resoult was very disaapointing, my nails look really bad.

Lovely lady who did my eye brows, the setting made me a bit nervous as they seamed to be rushing/multi-tasking and the lady seamed to not talk alot of English. However I am really happy with the overall treatment
