Nico took over the place a couple of months ago and did an amazing job on my hair! Was terrified at first but so happy how it turned out 😊 definitely recommend!

Nico was very helpful, and ready to offer suggestions for styling. His customer service was great - he offered coffee, he was polite and friendly, and he made sure he did not keep me waiting, even when the salon became busy. The salon is well equipped and very tidy, and Nico also offered free WiFi which was very useful! His ability was obvious, and he took great care over the colouring and styling of my hair. Shades is close to Chalk Farm station, which was very convenient. Would recommend!
