I asked for a retouch of my balayage and specifically no warm copper tones. Nico gave me copper tiger striped highlights framing my face, not balayage, which he tried to fix with toner. 3 separate hair salons confirmed it was copper highlights, not balayage. I asked for a refund, Nico refused but instead offered to fix my hair with additional toner. I declined his offer to try to fix it and paid another salon to fix my colour by dyeing my roots and reblending the colour.

lovely staff, I like my cut and blow dry however my highlights not so much, I will contact them to see if they can fix it. otherwise great place.

Brilliant consultation, quick easy haircut with well done blow dry, great advice for maintenance without pushing products. Just needed something professional and manageable. Got that and many compliments thanks to a great execution. Really happy with the result. Perfect
