Nico and Nicole are extremely pleasant people, however I was not impressed by the salon, which is not very well looked after. I can't say I am happy, I clearly asked to start to bleach my hair not too close to the root, and the result is more meches than balayage, it starts from the root and it' very stripey. NOT what I wanted!
