Sara was fantastic!!! I was so nervous as I have had so many hair disasters in the past so was apprehensive. Sara made me feel at ease and spoke through the process with me. She advised what was realistic and how to achieve it. The application of colour was very efficient. When I was at the basin, she made sure I was comfortable adding extra towels under my neck when applying the toner. She checked on me continuously to make sure I was ok. The end result was perfect! Thank you so much sara.
