It’s always a pleasure coming to serenity. Very professional and really friendly staff. Always very pleased with my hair cuts and blow drys. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I am always pleased with the service I receive at Serenity. All the staff are friendly and welcoming but professional. The salon is kept very clean in all the areas that I have been in and I have never been kept waiting past my allocated appointment time.

Felt very uncomfortable. No pleasantries from the staff. Asked once about the hair length requirement. No interaction during the cut.
Did not use conditioner for the hair wash. My hair feels like plastic bristles after the hair cut. Not very happy!
