Jemma was fantastic with my 9 year old son who'd previously got upset/anxious following his last hair cut at a barbers. She really listened to what he wanted and talked him through what she was doing and took off only what they'd agreed. She has a really understanding approach and is very skilled. We'll definitely be back.

Natasha is amazing, she literally worked miracles on my hair. I had T section of highlights and it transformed my hair, I got so many compliments on it. Natasha is so lovely, friendly and most important knowledgeable and skillful. She now has a loyal customer I wouldn't go anywhere else. The salon itself is lovely, clean, friendly, accommodating and welcoming. This really os a gem of a salon. Highly recommend.xx

When arriving at serenity I felt a great atmosphere in the air as they are always so pleasant and kind whilst your there, my hair and skin feels so much better and I can not recommend Natasha enough, she is one of the best hair dressers I have come across, my skin feels so much nicer as well thanks to Sophie, I can not recommend her enough.
