Had Natasha for ages but this time my hair is changing. Really thinned out and lost body. She didn't push me but steered me into cutting it, not only colouring it, which she did beautifully. It looks so much better now - really glad I listened to Natasha. She doesn't push you, she just suggests things persuasively that her expertise tells her will work.
