Serena is great at listening and considering the whole body picture. She also easily adapts to suit mobility limitations and any other preferences. I have been a happy client for years – I always learn something interesting and feel better afterward.

Excellent from start to finish. Serena really knows what she is doing and provides an excellent treatment. She helped me before and after the Edinburgh Half Marathon and I fully recommend to anyone.
