The deep tissue massage I had was fantastic - I felt so light and relaxed afterwards! It was also excellent value for money and I would definitely go again. Serena's services were recommended to me by a friend and I'll be recommending her to everyone I know as well.

This was my first visit to New Town Therapy and my first treatment with Serena Pearson. The premises were easy to find and the waiting area was spacious and comfortable. I was welcomed warmly and offered a glass of water while I filled in my pre-treatment form.
Serena is such a personable, approachable therapist. She seemed really keen to find out how I was feeling, and was very invested in addressing my problems. The whole experience was very comforting, I felt cared about and looked after throughout. Serena is very knowledgable and gave me some exercises to do in my own time to help my muscles. I loved getting to choose the scent of the wax that was used too! My arms had been feeling tight and painful after some heavy lifting at work, and she really zoned in on the troublesome areas and did a great job of getting them to relax.
The only downside of the whole experience was the street noise - the room I was in was right at the front of the building. However, that's something that goes hand in hand with a city centre location, and the treatment was so relaxing that the noise wasn't that much of an issue.
I'm looking forward to returning for another treatment, and I'd definitely recommend Serena Pearson at New Town Therapy for anyone looking to put themselves in good hands for a massage treatment.
