Serena was the best that you can expect from a sports massage therapist. Very accommodating and spoke to me at length about my injury history and lifestyles so she could design the massage uniquely to my needs. Looking forward to my next session already!

Serena did a wonderful job. I wanted a relaxing massage and that's exactly what I got! She paid a lot of attention to what I wanted out of the appointment, giving me the choice of what areas to focus on rather than doing a standard whole body massage. Serena was always checking the pressure was ok and made me feel comfortable enough to say if I didn't like something in particular. Serena is such a lovely person to chat too - which didn't last too long because I was dozing off soon enough! I'll definitely use her again. Thankyou !
