The therapist was not working efficiently and the treatment for half legs took for ever. She was changing stipes and gloves way too often, really wasting my time. She was going over the same area painfully and unnecessarily. Her touch was rough and she had no gentle feel for my skin. My legs had patches of wax everywhere when I left. Of course, she assured me it would go with a brief shower! Seriously? She is obviously not a trained therapist.

I had a Birthday Spa book by my kids. This is the 2nd time I have been back. The place is really clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. I had a fantastic massage and facial.

The whole experience was great from start finish. The Therapists were courteous they explained what was used on the body and the effect it would have they also gave us advise on our health and skin care
