My aim is to aid healing through deep relaxation and forge new connections between the mind and body through massage. I have built a deep respect and knowledge of healing through my own experience in healing from chronic pain in the past. I trained at the School of Natural Therapies, and I hold an ITEC level 3 merit qualification in Swedish Holistic Massage. My main interest in this area is how our body can create pain through emotional trauma and can become stuck in stress cycles. And how this can be released through massage and relaxation treatments. I am currently also studying lymphatic drainage massage and reflexology. I come from a music and arts background .
