Booked for sauna and massage.
The sauna was very clean and a good temperature.
Shakira my therapist checked what level of massage I wanted and proceeded to give me an excellent Swedish Full Body massage.
Great relaxing afternoon, completed with a very nice cup of herbal tea.

The Spa is in the basement of a chemist which seemed slightly odd - but was really local and they have made the space comfortable and atmospheric. The therapist was great and I had a really great massage - full body Swedish - will definitely go again
