I called to say I was 10 minutes late and they were very understanding. When I arrived I had to wait for about 20 minutes to be seen – while that wasn't ideal, I had been delayed myself so I could be compassionate of that. I was given a selection of herbal teas to choose from while I waited and the atmosphere was very serene. The four-hands massage was wonderful – great pressure and both therapists worked in unison. Very relaxing.
