Brilliant experience. For 75mins I was in heaven. Massage with hot stones and aromatherapy oils is definately a treatment I will be booking again. The after care advice was highly appreciated. I took everything onboard and followed every step. I feel ready to go back to work aftet the holidays. Thank you Hayley x

Really good massage! But here no SPA facilities, its more like the usual leisure center. The pool is quite small so I cant imagine if you have to share with the swim school. The two sun loungers are next to the gym doors so if you want to relax you will be interrupted by the constant move of people going in and out. The Jacuzzi is small max 4 people to enjoy it, you do feel afterwards very relaxed. The steam room is small too next to the swimming pool and there is only one shower. Changing facilities are bad, there is only one toilet and 3 showers no changing rooms so be prepared to be seen by everyone else. There is no room to relax or chill. You can enjoy of some refreshments (apples and water) in the massage reception area which is locked. Only there you can enjoy a bit of tranquility. However, once you are in the room with the massage therapist be prepared to be treated really well and professionally. We had the shared room and it was really comfortable and the massage itself was really good, you can ask them to adjust the pressure and what oils you would like. My recommendation is to only get to the place 2hrs before your treatment, then enjoy the facilities which are just like any other leisure center, and then have the massage. No need to spend 3hrs there specially if the swimming pool or Jacuzzi are full. Its only worth to go for the massage.

I had the lymph drainage facial done at Quad Spa at Crowne Plaza Docklands. The booking through Treatwell was very easy. Martin, who did my facial, was very courteous and knowledgeable. I told her beforehand that I want the focus to be massage, not extraction and that I prefer firm pressure. She did exactly that and I was extremely happy with my facial. The only problem I had was that the floor was very sticky, a bit of a let down when you walk into the facial room.
