The therapist was really competent. expert and nice. She knew how to make you feel comfy and quiet. I booked my treatment and we had to reschedule so they gave me a compensation including a spa pass. Very professional and they really care about their clients. I’m looking forward to doing another treatment and the spa. Thank you!

I had the ache escape massage and express facial. Hayley was very friendly and thorough in her knowledge of the products and other tips for my skin type. The massage and facial were a lovely relaxing treat. I left feeling very relaxed and glowing. I also used the spa facilities, which included a pool, jacuzzi, steam room and single sex sauna. Would recommend.

I booked a couples massage treatment, which I wanted to use on a particular day. The staff were very helpful when I made the booking and answered all my questions promptly via email. We were a little late to our appointment, which was unfortunate because I think if we had gotten there early we could have felt more relaxed at the beginning of the treatment. But no problem for the staff, the two ladies were very lovely and polite! The massage itself was amazing, with a selection of oils to choose from, and a nice herbal tea afterwards. The only downside to the treatment is that for a couples massage, the ambience didn't feel appropriate - we were given our treatments in the same room but the massage beds were so far apart it was basically just like getting a individual massage.
The Spa facilities were good, what you would expect from a hotel. It wasn't too busy and we got to use all the facilities (note that some days there are swimming lessons happening, so you should check with the staff and avoid booking during those times!) Towels, robe and slippers provided, which was great. Also the facilities were very clean!
I would definitely go back for another massage and spa day!

My partner and I had the couples massage. We used the spa facilities before our treatment and then used the steam room afterwards. The massage was absolutely brilliant and got all my knots out! The staff were clearly well trained and very friendly. Would definitely recommend the massage. Only downfall was the pool and facilities are used by the hotel guests too so it got a bit noisy and crowded at one point with a group in the pool. The gym access was also closed from upstairs so people had to enter through the pool access. All in all we had a relaxing trip though!
