Went for the couples massage and we were allowed to make use of the facilities, good spa facilities and it was a nice touch to include bath robe, slippers and towel. The actual massage was average, I've had quite a few massages and some areas on my body my masseuse touched were really uncomfortable and it was like she just dug her fingers in random areas. They use oils in the massage and at the end of the massage they ran their hands over my face and through my hair which I didn't like (especially after I told them at the beginning that I had just washed my hair!).

Hayley was a knowledgeable beauty therapist who provided a value for money facial. I highly recommend the Hayley and the spa facilities.

Massage was great, but the spa facilities weren't as expected.
Whilst in the pool trying to relax, there were three boys splashing and racing in the pool which was very irritating.
I was also expecting sun loungers to relax on, as detailed in the spa facilities when booking - which weren't visible.

My therapist was very nice and was very helpful during the consultation. The facial was pretty good but I expected a little more from the massage. I would just suggest being more specific about your requirements since the massage isn't very long.
