The room was super tiny and not sound proof so can hear the people in the next room. Also the waxing was rushed. It's very affordable but I'd rather the waxer be patient with me.

Staff were unfriendly and cold. Kept getting annoyed and frustrated. I was too scared to say anything because I just needed the wax done. She didn't care about my pain at all, just kept going because she wanted to get it done. The actual end result was fair but not as thorough as other places I have been.
