Not a lot of engagement, seemed very mechanical and just a job to get on with. I would have liked a bit of consultation and advice. Staff spoke to each other in their own language making me as a client feeling quite isolated. I had colour to cover grey, although covered I can still see it is a bit lighter where the grey was, could have done with leaving colour on roots a bit longer. Cut followed same as I had so no big styling change but I didn't feel I had much choice in what I got. Overall it looks ok but no big shakes.....plus you get what you pay for, all things considered.
