The salon isn't event called Claudia's, it's called Katherine's. It's small, dingy, straight out of 2002 and doesn't mince it's words with what it's doing. You're here for a haircut and that's what you're going to get, not conversation or chit chat or a nice massage as you get your hair washed. If you want value and sensibility, this is the place for you. If you want literally anything else, don't bother.
