the staff are lovely as always. superb at waxing but I feel they always miss a bit of hair as in they are a little stingy with how far up they wax. Shame as other then that 5*

Although Claudia did do a good job with the hollywood waxing, it hurt more than it usually does and it was red sbd sore for 2 days. Also I only got informed that they only take cash after I finish with it and then had to go looking for cash machines while my stuff stayed there.

The shop itself is a little tired, tucked down Bell Street, but I could not be happier with my colour and highlights! Great colour and a great price, so I will definitely be returning
