My treatment was excellent, the staff are all very nice and place is clean. I come here regularly and have recommended it to many people. The price is a little steep but reasonable for London.

I had Brazilian blow-dry, however it didn't worked out from the first time, but when I went back to the salon to show it, ladies offered to do it again with no charge. The second time worked perfectly. Hair is straight and smooth, no frizz.

Staff from the salon was very friendly and she tried her best to accommodate with my time hassle. During the treatment, she tried to connect with me for me to feel comfortable with the waxing and generally, it was a pleasant experience. The only thing that could be improved is the store cleanliness.
