Staff from the salon was very friendly and she tried her best to accommodate with my time hassle. During the treatment, she tried to connect with me for me to feel comfortable with the waxing and generally, it was a pleasant experience. The only thing that could be improved is the store cleanliness.

Very disappointing. The place is not clean, cheap, hairdressers are using low quality products ( my blow-dry was done with a regular square brush...like I would do at home, with the same result..not professional :) )
I did not get the half headlights after all, and only got 1 inch cut as per my request.
My hairdresser was a nice woman, and tried her best.
However, I will not be returning.
