The staff at first wasn't very welcoming and there was not much communication from them (they made me wait over 5 minutes without saying why or who would be cutting my hair) and then did not spend much time discussing what I wanted. However, once I started my treatment, the lady cutting my hair was very sweet- the wash, haircut and blowdry were quick and great! I left the salon loving my hair and feeling it was VERY worth while the £20. I have spent over £60 on a similar treatments in higher-end salons, and didn't feel half as happy as I did with this one. I would go there again for my next trim!

the staff are lovely as always. superb at waxing but I feel they always miss a bit of hair as in they are a little stingy with how far up they wax. Shame as other then that 5*

Although Claudia did do a good job with the hollywood waxing, it hurt more than it usually does and it was red sbd sore for 2 days. Also I only got informed that they only take cash after I finish with it and then had to go looking for cash machines while my stuff stayed there.
