Lovely Salon near to Oxford Circus. Very nice polite staff and surroundings. I was shown to the seating area, where I could have drinks, read or use the Mac.
I was seen almost straight away, and had a great relaxing hair wash - with chairs that actually massage your back :0)
The treatment was great, I've had this done a few times, and this was one of the best, with a lovely friendly hairdresser (sorry forgot her name)

I had the Brazilian keratin treatment and having previously had it at other salons i would have to say that i wasn't overly impressed. The salon was fine and the lady doing it was ok although only actually really talked to me for the last 10 minutes but the treatment wore off so quickly and has left my hair in worse condition than before despite me spending a fair bit on buying the correct shampoo and after care products.
The actual haircut and blowdry were very good and my stylist was friendly. However, the receptionist on arrival was unfriendly and was unapologetic about the delay in waiting for my appointment. They also had a nice drinks selection.
Great experience at Lisa Sheppherd. Realyl relaxed environment where you can have a coffee or a glass of wine whilst you are waiting, or charge your phone, use their wifi etc. Really friendly staff and very happy with my hair cut, would def recommend.
Fantastic salon and fantastic value for money. a brillant experince all round and probally the best set of highlights i have ever had. no fuss and they gave me exactly what i wanted. couldnt recommend highly enough.
