I bought a Groupon offer and to be honest I was petrified after reading the reviews on how badly customers had been treated. I had highlights and a haircut done by hairdresser Reena and she did a beautiful job. My husband said I looked like Gwyneth Paltrow when I got home. I will definitely go there again.

Haircut was fine - the hairdresser was nice. But there was an awful lot of waiting around. Not just for the Keratase treatment to do its work, but just because they seemed to have overooked. On being asked to assist with hair washing (which I had to wait for ages for) a girl pointed out that her shift was supposed to have finished 10 minutes before. It didn't seem very well organised. I sat around drinking their wine, getting rather tipsy as the night set in. Wasn't an ideal use of my evening, but the results were fine.

Luke gave me a lovely haircut and didn't cut too much off which was my main concern! Such a lovely salon with a fantastic waiting area. With the 50% off voucher my visit was fantastic value for money, I will definitely return!

Lovely Salon near to Oxford Circus. Very nice polite staff and surroundings. I was shown to the seating area, where I could have drinks, read or use the Mac. I was seen almost straight away, and had a great relaxing hair wash - with chairs that actually massage your back :0) The treatment was great, I've had this done a few times, and this was one of the best, with a lovely friendly hairdresser (sorry forgot her name) I definitely recommend the salon and the staff

I had the Brazilian keratin treatment and having previously had it at other salons i would have to say that i wasn't overly impressed. The salon was fine and the lady doing it was ok although only actually really talked to me for the last 10 minutes but the treatment wore off so quickly and has left my hair in worse condition than before despite me spending a fair bit on buying the correct shampoo and after care products.
