Marcus was just great, he did a wonderful job on my ombré (which I'd never had before). He took his time over it and it was exactly what I wanted! The only thing I found weird was blow drying my own hair afterwards because I didn't book in and pay for a blow dry too - I've never had to do that anywhere before. Definitely took the edge off a treat trip to the hairdressers.
