The colour was great, it looked really natural. I was asked if I wanted a blow dry which I knew wasn't included in the £109, it would be an extra 35. I declined expecting them to just rough dry it . I was sat on a drying station for a few minutes waiting and was then told that it meant I had to dry my own hair! I understand that it may seem like a good idea if you were just having a cheap haircut and wanted to cut out the expensive of a blow dry but not if you've just paid £109 and they can't even just roughly dry it. It wasn't even explained I was just sat there. Won't be coming back.

My hair looks amazing, the colour is beautiful, my stylist Jamie was so nice, really friendly, listened to what I wanted, made great suggestions to rectify the problem with my existing colour, was realistic about what was achievable and made me feel super relaxed, The salon is trendy and relaxed, love the self service drinks in the chill out area, it would have been a full 5 * review from me Apart from an initial mix up that I felt was not handled well by the young receptionist who was very dismissive and defensive, first impressions are everything and this attitude put me off a little to begin with, ( I appreciate that mistakes happen, but little tip you can't blame the customer for a mix up with the diary, also expecting that every one is local and has lots of time is a mistake, ask questions and try to find a solution, don't just blame the customer, attitude is everything a more positive approach to rectifying problems will give you a more positive response that being said it was inexperience talking not genuine bad service, and every effort was made by the the salon manager to accommodate me) my hair experience was absolutely spot on! When I'm next in London I'll defiantly come back, Thank you so much x

Lovely blow dry from Lauren - she was attentive but not too talkative and was happy to work around me filling out paperwork! When I mentioned that I was having the blow dry for an event that evening she took extra care securing the hair in place with back combing and extra product, a really nice touch. Shame the salon wouldn't let me tip by card as I was in a rush and didn't have time to withdraw cash.
