It is not first time having a treatment at the venue and this time I finally gave up on them because I am repeatedly disappointed by their treatments.
This time I had gel pedicure.
A technician looked friendly and nice at the beginning but never mind, she was very rough to remove my gel that my toe burned so bad all the time.
I told her my nails are burning and she said “otherwise she cannot remove gel on my toe”.
She did not try to find a way not to hurt me but kept doing what she believed right.
(the reason why my toe was butning was because she uses a machine to spot just one part of gel to scratch the surface without moving the machine equally).
Meanwhile she was singing knowing I am feeling pain and discomfort.
When I had gel manicure, I thought if I choose a different technician, I am able to have better experience, yet I ended up with being disappointed again.
I do not recommend the venue at all unless you want just “OKAY” treatment (which is not done neatly but from far distance, nails look just fine).

Always love this place!!!! Carly is definitely the hero of the salon ! I have been client now for two years and Im happy I can trust this place with my hair
