I arrived in the salon 5-10 min earlier than the appointment time but the nail technician was super in rush and my nails were NOT done neatly. She did not cut my cuticles and my nails were not smooth that I had to tell her to re-shape my nails. She also painted my nails roughly that there were so many spots where are missing the colour. She tried fix roughly painted nails after I was done with LED light but of course gel is settled and the smudgy parts weren’t disappearing. I took pictures of my nails in the salon after I got the treatment so I wish I could upload the pictures so readers know what I am talking about... I am giving them 2 stars only because staffs were nice and friendly.

I loved the salon at Muse, It is a really cool vibe with a good atmosphere. Danielle who did my highlights was great! I also liked the 'DIY' blow dry station rather than having to pay for a blow dry on top of your treatment
