Had a great experience at Muse of London! Love my ombré and how the stylist styled my hair. Staff were friendly and excellent value for money - really recommend this place!

My stylist was nice and welcoming and listened to what I wanted at the beginning. However when said I wanted brighter and more colour at the front while he was doing the hair, he said it didn’t make sense (although in a nice way) and proceeded his way. I would have liked more hair being coloured at the front and brighter colour. I wanted lighter blonde strands but got more orange hair as weirdly the bits at the front and on top of the head are always coloured last which makes it darker than the rest, which is the opposite effect of what I wanted for a balayage. The ends of my hair is really damaged now too, granted that I had a perm before so that may affect it. The stylist did offer to do another toner free of charge for me to make it more ashy but he showed me more of a grey/ purplish sample which is not what I want. Also they used back combing technique which can be painful when the hair is washed out, as I have been elsewhere that use free hand. I did book it on an offer so that could be why!

The salon is not very clean and doesn’t have a comforting ambiance. The hairdresser was not gentle.
