Overall nice place, okay experience. It's not how I wanted my hair even if I clearly show pictures of what I wanted but I like my hair anyway, luckily. The girl who did my colour was not really professional and experienced. The girl who did my cut and hair stuck a brush in my hair and then painfully remove it, no sensitivity whatsoever as I felt like someone was pulling my hair all the time. I walked in at 1:30 pm and I walked out at 5 pm. Way too long. It is quite chill inside so keep something warm with you. I wouldn't recommend it but it wasn't a totally negative experience.

Love this place, I have had my colour done here, often have a cut and had many blow dry's... they are all great.
